In our busy daily lives, physical discomfort and inner restlessness can disrupt your natural balance. Whether it concerns hypersensitivity to environmental stimuli or the annoying consequences of an insect bite, these small disturbances affect your overall well-being and vitality. Oak True Chamomile organic offers mild, natural support to bring your body and mind back into harmony. As your reliable health partner, VitAdvice helps you to integrate calm into your daily routine with this high-quality, organic essential oil.
True chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is known in herbalism for its calming and soothing properties. The essential oil is extracted via careful steam distillation of the flower heads, sourced from organic farming in Nepal. This process ensures that the active, natural components are fully preserved. By diluting the oil in a vegetable oil for massage or bath, or by diffusing it in your living space, you create a soothing atmosphere that contributes to your daily vitality.

3. NEVER use undiluted. Use a carrier (honey, herbal infusion,…) for the ingestion of essential oils.

5. Continuous use of essential oils is not recommended.
Precautions for external use:
1. As a precaution, it is recommended not to use essential oils in children under 3 years and pregnant or lactating women. True lavender and Eucalyptus radiata are an exception to this.
2. NEVER apply undiluted to the skin. Dilute in a vegetable oil, cream, gel or shampoo, also for use in the bath! Some essential oils can be applied pure to the skin after advice from a health professional.
3. Essential oils naturally contain components that can cause allergic reactions in hypersensitive people (e.g. citral, d-limonene, linalool, geraniol, citronellol,…). These components are always stated on the packaging. Before you use an essential oil on the skin, it is wise to do an allergy test. Dilute a drop of essential oil in 10 ml of vegetable oil and apply this to the inside of your elbow. If the skin does not feel red or itchy after 24 hours, you are not allergic.
4. All citrus essential oils are photosensitising! Photosensitisation is the result of an interaction between UV rays and a sensitising substance. The skin becomes red and looks burnt. Avoid exposure to UV rays for at least 12 hours after use on the skin!
5. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose and mucous membranes! In case of accidental contact: immediately 'rinse' with vegetable oil.
