Use & Dosage
For cleaning, disinfecting, and removing proteins from your contact lenses: Thoroughly wet both sides of the lens with Opti-Free Puremoist solution. Rub the lens well for 20 seconds. Rinse each side of the lens for 10 seconds with a steady stream of Opti-Free Puremoist solution. Fill your lens case with fresh Opti-Free Puremoist solution. Keep the lenses in the closed lens case overnight or for at least 6 hours. If the lenses are still cloudy, rinse them with Opti-Free Puremoist solution before inserting them. You can store your lenses for 30 days in a closed lens case; after 30 days, the lenses must be rinsed again.
