Our bee pollen originates from Spain and contains proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. These include essential nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulphur, silicon, molybdenum, zinc, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B8, B9, B12, C, D, E, and K. Compared to other health products in our range, bee pollen contains a relatively high amount of vitamin B12 for the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Usage
Add 1 tablespoon (8 grams) of bee pollen daily to your homemade smoothie or shake, or eat them on their own. No more than 1 tablespoon of bee pollen per day is required.
