Use & Dosage

Preparation method:
1. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil) together with seasoning mix 1 (small sachet) to a non-stick pan and heat. As soon as the aroma of the herbs is released, add the minced meat and fry it. Then add the red kidney beans and corn and fry briefly.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes and seasoning mix 2 (large sachet) and let the whole mixture cook with the lid on the pan for approx. 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Heat the wraps according to the general preparation method and then fill them with the filling.
