Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules in the morning during a meal with plenty of water.

Not suitable for pregnant women and children under 18 years of age.
Do not use if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
Do not take more than 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day.
