Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule per day with a meal with water or as advised.
Pregnant women should preferably choose Elke Dag Mama, a pregnancy multi with 150 mcg of iodine per daily dose.

Note:
The recommended daily amount for healthy adults is set at 150 micrograms per day. The maximum safe dose for iodine is 600 micrograms/day from food, fortified food, and food supplements.

In case of thyroid disorders, consult a doctor or therapist before using this product. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to iodine.
