Usage
Kombu is traditionally used to flavour water for soups, broths, vegetables, stews, fish, seafood, sauces, etc. The recommended dosage for 1 litre is 4 grams of dried kombu. Alternatively, cook it with stews, grains, and vegetables, especially legumes such as beans, lentils, and peas.
