• Usage: Crush the kuzu with a spoon for dosing. For sauces: 1.5 tablespoons per cup. For jellies: 2 tablespoons per cup. Dissolve in cold water, add to the preparation towards the end of the cooking time and stir until the desired consistency is reached.
