Semi-wholemeal durum WHEAT semolina* (gluten) (71%), dried sultanas* (8%), vegetables* (6.9%) (tomatoes*, onions*, carrots*), instant red lentils*, sunflower seeds*, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil*, paprika*, coriander*, cumin*, lemon essential oil*.

Usage

Place the tabbouleh in a large bowl and add 500 ml of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cover and leave to swell for five minutes. Then fluff the tabbouleh with a fork. Season to taste and eat the tabbouleh hot or cold. Optionally add fresh fruit or vegetables (for example tomatoes, cucumber or lemon) for a delicious fresh tabbouleh salad.
