Usage & Dosage
Bring fresh water to the boil (100°C) and let the water boil for a short time if necessary. Spring water is very suitable for making this tea, but not necessary. Use spring water especially if the tap water contains a lot of limescale or other unwanted flavours. Then rinse the teapot or cup with a little boiling water so that it is preheated. Place the tea bag in the pot or cup, add the boiling water and let the tea infuse for 3 minutes. For a stronger or lighter tea, you can adjust the infusion time or, if desired, use a second bag. Stir the tea briefly before pouring.
