Organic strong Tamari
Tamari contains natural glutamate, formed during fermentation. This is a natural flavour enhancer. By replacing salt in your recipes with Shoyu or Tamari, or the 25% less salt Tamari, you can reduce the salt content in your dishes by approximately 30% while still accentuating the natural flavour of the ingredients.
