Usage
Preparation: 6 tbsp teff porridge • 200 ml (plant-based) milk
Hob: heat the milk in a pan until it almost boils. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the teff porridge and stir well.
Microwave: Mix the teff porridge with milk in a bowl. Place in the microwave for 60 seconds at 800 W. Stir well.
Add cinnamon, fruit and/or honey to taste.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
