Preparation:
Heat 200ml of milk in a pan until almost boiling.
Add 4 heaped tablespoons (or to taste) of oats and continue to stir for one minute over a low heat.
Pour the oats into a bowl or deep plate.
Storage: Store in a dry place in a sealed container.
