Usage:

• Soak overnight.
• Rinse, place in a pan with cold water, bring to the boil for 2 minutes, and then drain (this step helps ensure the soya beans are easily digested).
• Cover and continue cooking in a large amount of water for 50 to 60 minutes.
• You can add herbs or kombu seaweed to the cooking water. Serve warm as a side dish or cold in a salad.
