Usage & Dosage

Use during intensive physical exertion, e.g. intensive sports. Always drink sufficient water. Dissolve 1 sachet in 1 litre of drinking water. During exertion, use approx. 250 ml every half hour.

Infants and children up to 20 kg: 10 - 20 ml per kg of body weight per hour, as long as desired.
Adults and children from 20 kg: 200 ml at a time, after every bowel movement, as long as desired.

Safety & Disclaimer

Do not use this product in the presence of blood in the stool or in case of obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract, nor in case of poorly functioning kidneys. The product contains glucose and diabetics should take this into account.

Store the product below 30°C. The solution can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
