Orthica GLA & EPA combines the power of land and sea. Borage oil (Borago officinalis) is one of the richest natural sources of Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an important omega-6 fatty acid. This is combined with fish oil that is rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. These fatty acids play an essential role in various biological processes in the body and contribute to maintaining a healthy fatty acid balance. The addition of a natural tocopherol mix (vitamin E) helps protect the sensitive unsaturated fatty acids against oxidation, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the oil are maintained.
