The recommended dosage for adults is 2 capsules per day. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules per day, for a short period, unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Add the contents of the capsules to lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yoghurt drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and preferably drink on an empty stomach.
