Usage & Dosage

The recommended dosage for children from four to twelve years old is a maximum of 1 capsule per day.
The recommended dosage for children from twelve years old and adults is 1 capsule per day.
The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day for a short period, unless otherwise advised.
Add the contents of the capsule(s) to half a glass of lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yoghurt or plant-based drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and preferably drink on an empty stomach.

When using antibiotics, wait 2-3 hours before using this product.
