The recommended dosage for adults is 1 capsule per day. The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised. Add the contents of the capsule(s) to lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yoghurt drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and preferably drink on an empty stomach.
