Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule once daily, preferably with a meal. The maximum dosage is 1 capsule, unless advised otherwise. Do not use in children under 12 years of age and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains licorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
