Liposomal quercetin complex	250 mg

Ingredients
Quercetin, capsule (HPMC vegetarian), bulking agent (maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, antioxidant (ascorbic acid))

Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably between meals, unless otherwise advised.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. High amounts of quercetin can lead to increased iron storage in the child's liver.

Do not use in combination with digoxin or cyclosporine.
