Otrivin Duo Xylometazoline hydrochloride & Ipratropium bromide, 0.5/0.6 mg/ml, nasal spray is a combination medicine consisting of two different components. One active ingredient helps against a runny nose, while the other component counteracts swelling.

What is this product used for?
For nasal congestion with a runny nose (rhinorrhoea) caused by the common cold.

Do not use if:

• Children under 18 years of age, as there is insufficient data on safety and efficacy.
• Allergy to any of the substances in this medicine, or to atropine or similar substances (for example, hyoscyamine and scopolamine).
• If your pituitary gland was removed via surgery through the nose, or if you underwent brain surgery through the nose or mouth.
• Glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye).
• A very dry nose (inflammation of the nasal mucosa, rhinitis sicca).
