Usage & Dosage

For optimal results, use Pedifresh Phase 1 twice daily for 14 days: Wash and dry your feet thoroughly. Spray 1-2 times on the top and 3-4 times on the sole of each foot. Ensure the spray also reaches between the toes. Spray 1-2 times in each shoe. Let everything dry well.
