Usage & Dosage

Dissolve one 4g measuring spoon 3 times a day in a glass of water or other liquid (200ml); preferably drink just before meals. Build-up dose and maintenance dose: 1 to 2 measuring spoons per day. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. No long-term use without medical advice.
