How to grow Brassica Mix sprouts yourself:

• Place 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in a jar (min. 1.5 litres, wide neck), add plenty of lukewarm water and attach a mesh screen.
• After approx. 6 hours, drain the water, rinse the seeds and let the water run off. Place the jar at an angle, upside down.
• Rinse the sprouts approx. 3 times a day for 4 days, and place the jar at an angle after each rinse. Spread the seeds for airflow. Avoid direct sunlight or heating.
• After the final rinse (or wash), allow the sprouts to dry-grow for at least 18 hours at room temperature before consuming or storing in the fridge (max. 7°C, not airtight).
