With Peuleschil Organic Mustard Seed, you can effortlessly grow your own fresh sprouts at home. Follow these simple steps for the best results:

• Preparation: Place 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in a preserving jar (min. 1.5L), add plenty of lukewarm water, and cover with a mesh screen (not aluminium).
• Soaking & Rinsing: After soaking for approximately 10 hours, drain the water, rinse, and drain again. Repeat this daily, three times a day, for about 4 days.
• Airing: After each rinse, place the jar upside down at an angle so the water can drain and enough air can circulate (avoid heaters or direct sunlight).
• Drying: After the final rinse, allow the sprouts to grow dry for at least 18 hours at room temperature before consuming or refrigerating (max. 7°C, store in a sealed container).
