Ingredients
Bulking agent: gum arabic, green tea extract (27.8%), maca extract (11.1%), ashwagandha extract (8.3%), hop extract (4.7%), glazing agent: fatty acids, maritime pine bark extract (2.2%), gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, rice flour (Oryza sativa), pyridoxine HCl, emulsifier: glycerol, methylcobalamin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.
Usage & Dosage
1 to 2 tablets per day. To be taken with meals with some water.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Ashwagandha:
Be careful when using thyroid medication.
