Plant sterols are naturally present in vegetable oils and grains. Each tablet contains 800mg of high-quality natural plant sterols. These should not be confused with cheaper plant sterol esters.

Plant sterols, Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids), Cross-linked Cellulose Gum, Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).
