How do you insert Pluggerz earplugs?
In this pack, you will find 2 sizes of Pluggerz earplugs. First, try to insert the large earplug into the ear according to the instructions below. If the large earplug is difficult to insert or does not feel comfortable, you can try the smaller earplug. 1 Check before use that the Pluggerz are clean and not damaged. 2 Grab the top of your ear and pull it up and back. 3 Place the hearing protector in the ear canal so that it sits comfortably and seals the ear well. 4 Release the ear and press the hearing protector in again.
