We recommend that you always perform a sensitivity test 48 hours before using a hair colouring product. Apply enough undiluted colour product behind the ear with a cotton swab, on a spot the size of a euro cent. Repeat this and let it dry in the meantime. Carefully close the packaging again to use it again after 48 hours for the colour treatment. Wait 48 hours without washing, covering, or touching. If a reaction is detected during the test period such as itching, red spots, or swelling of the test area, do not use this colour product. Such a reaction is rare.
Step 1: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves.
Step 2: Pour the colour gel into the application bottle containing the developer cream.
Step 3: Close the application bottle and shake well until an even mixture is created.
Step 4: After mixing, immediately unscrew the tip of the application bottle to prevent the bottle from opening spontaneously.
Colouring the hair:
Step 5: Apply the colour mixture first to the parting and the stubborn grey hairs. Then distribute it over the lengths and the entire hair.
Step 6: Gently massage the colour mixture in until the hair is completely covered.
Step 7: Let the colour develop for 30 minutes. Discard the remainder of the mixture.
Step 8: Distribute a small amount of lukewarm water over the hair and massage it gently through the hair. Rinse the hair abundantly with lukewarm water until the rinse water is clear.
Step 9: Distribute a nut-sized amount of colour-retaining care evenly over the entire hair and massage it in gently. Let this work for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use the care once a week for up to about 6 applications, alternated with the Color Extender.
After colouring:
Step 10: Revive the shine of the colour by applying the Color Extender. Apply a small amount of the Color Extender to washed hair and massage it in. Let it work for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
This product is not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age. Temporary tattoos with black henna can lead to an increased risk of an allergic reaction. Do not colour your hair if: you suffer from a rash on the face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp; you have previously had a reaction after hair colouring; you have had a reaction in the past after a temporary tattoo with black henna. The developer cream contains hydrogen peroxide. The colour cream contains resorcinol, phenylenediamines (diaminotoluenes). Avoid contact of the product with skin and eyes. Do not use for dyeing your eyelashes or eyebrows. In case of contact of the product with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Contact lens wearers: if possible, remove contact lenses first before rinsing the eyes. Wear the included gloves. Rinse the hair well after the product's development time. Wait at least 15 days after a perm or a treatment with a permanent straightening product before a colour treatment. Do not use on hair coloured with henna or a progressive dye. Keep out of reach of children. Store closed, out of reach of children.
