Folic acid (methylfolate)
- Folic acid (Methylfolate) contains the level of 400µg recommended by the health council, in its most natural biological form to support good absorption by the body. Folic acid contributes to the growth and development of the baby during pregnancy.

Bones and muscles
- Vitamin D and Calcium support the maintenance of normal bones and muscle functions.

Heart
- Vitamin B1 supports the normal function of the heart.

Blood cell formation
- Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Fatigue
- Iron, Magnesium and Vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Brain

Usage
Take two capsules once a day. Preferably take in the morning after breakfast.

Not suitable for children under 18 years.
Do not use if the foil of the packaging is broken.
