Bergamot is a citrus fruit grown primarily in Calabria, Southern Italy. The bergamot tree grows up to 4 metres high and the sour bergamot fruits are harvested between November and March. Bergamot is known for its use in perfumery (Eau de Cologne) as a top note and in food flavourings (Earl Grey tea).

Usage
