This balm combines the knowledge of aromatherapy with natural skincare. The composition of essential oils such as lavender, vanilla and neroli is known for its calming properties. Use & Dosage
Gently rub the balm into your chest and back or feet.
TIP: The sleep comfort balm is also ideal for a short warming foot massage. Massage the soles of the feet vigorously with both thumbs from heel to toe in circular motions. Enclose the toes individually with your fingers and smooth them towards the tip of the toe with a twisting motion. Finally, grasp your ankles with both hands and hold them briefly. Blood circulation is stimulated and warmth returns to the feet. After the massage, put your feet in warm socks so that the balm can absorb well, supports sleep and feet, which are well supplied with blood, retain heat better.
