Usage:
Cook 1 part bulgur in 2 parts water. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer on a low heat until all water is absorbed (approximately 10 minutes). At the end of the cooking process, remove from the heat and let rest for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste. Use as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.
Storage:
