Usage & Dosage

Take 1½ scoops (30 grams) per day between meals on non-training days. On training days, take 1½ scoops immediately after training and 1½ scoops between meals. Dissolve the powder in 300 ml of water. One full, level scoop contains 20 grams of protein.
