Alpha galactosidase (1200u), xylose isomerase (7500u), capsule: stabiliser (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), lactase (10,000 FCC), filler (calcium carbonate), invertase (500u).

Usage & Dosage

Take 1-3 capsules immediately before, or with the first bite of a meal containing complex carbohydrates and/or lactose. Use a maximum of 15 capsules per day. In case of swallowing difficulties, open the capsule and take only the powder.
