Usage & Dosage

As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with plenty of water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (150 mg caffeine per daily dose of 3 capsules).
