Reactine 10mg film-coated tablets are an anti-allergy medication. It is used for the relief of nasal and eye symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and/or persistent skin rashes with severe itching and the formation of bumps (hives) of unknown cause (urticaria).

Do not use if:

• Severe kidney impairment (severe renal failure with a creatinine clearance below 10 ml/min).
• Allergy to cetirizine dihydrochloride, hydroxyzine, piperazine derivatives, or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
• Hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Take extra care:

• This medicine may reduce reaction speed, which can be dangerous when driving or operating machinery. Read the leaflet before use.
• Ensure children play safely after taking this medicine (for example, not high up on a climbing frame).
• Consult a doctor before use in cases of epilepsy, urinary problems, or an enlarged prostate.
• This medicine affects the results of allergy tests; stop use three days before the test.
