Ingredients
Baking mix: maize starch, sugar, maize flour, rice flour, sorbitol, baking powder (acid diphosphate, raising agent sodium bicarbonate), thickener guar gum, flavouring, salt.
Chocolate flakes: sugar, cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier lecithin, anti-caking agent gum arabic and shellac.
Cocoa coating (glaze): sugar, vegetable fats (palm, coconut, shea), fat-reduced cocoa powder, lactose, emulsifier: lecithin

Usage
Requirements: Batter, baking mix, 3 eggs (M), 150g soft butter, 1 tablespoon water, a little flour for the baking tin.
Preparing the batter
Place the baking mix, margarine, water, and eggs in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer, first on the lowest setting and then on the highest setting for 3 minutes until creamy. Then add the flakes and stir briefly.
Grease a baking tin (approx. 25 cm rectangular) and dust with starch, spoon in the batter and smooth it out.
Bake the cake in the middle of a preheated oven. After approx. 15 minutes of baking time, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep. Before removing the cake from the oven, check if it is cooked using a wooden skewer.
After baking, loosen the cake from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack. After approx. 1 hour, place the sachet of glaze in boiling hot water and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut open the sachet and spread the liquid glaze with a...
