Ingredients:
Maize starch, sugar, maize flour, rice flour, sweetener (sorbitol), baking powder (diphosphate, raising agent: sodium carbonate), natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, thickener (guar gum), salt.
Lemon glaze: sugar, modified starch, citric acid, natural flavouring.

Usage:
Requirements: 200 grams soft margarine or butter, 4 eggs, 25ml water, a little starch for the baking tin.
Preparation: Place the cake mix, margarine, water, and eggs in a bowl and beat until creamy with an electric mixer (3 mins). Grease a baking tin (approx. 25 cm) and dust with starch, pour in the batter and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the centre of a preheated oven (approx. 60 mins) at approx. 180°C (gas mark 3, fan oven approx. 160°C). Check with a wooden skewer to see if the cake is done. Remove the cake from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack. Stir the lemon glaze with 25 ml warm water until smooth and spread over the cooled cake.
Baking time: 60 minutes (cake) + 15 minutes (glaze).
