The basis of this elixir consists of an aqueous plant extract of organic figs and plums, supplemented with active bitter substances from artichoke, dandelion and milk thistle. Usage & Dosage

Shake the bottle well before use.

Use the included measuring cup and mix 12.5 ml for 20 days in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day or mix in a large glass of water (250 ml) and drink with breakfast.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
