This product is an extract of fresh thyme (thymus vulgaris, thymus zygis), carefully formulated from drinking water and 33% thyme. Shake well before use.
Take 10ml (half a measuring cup) of thyme extract several times a day as required. For children, the dosage is 2.5 - 5ml (1/8 to 1/4 measuring cup), which may be sweetened with honey.
Once opened, store the bottle upright in the refrigerator and close it immediately after each use to prevent spoilage. Consume the contents within 4 weeks.
