Ingredients

Use & Dosage

The recommended dosage is:

Mild to moderate pain and fever
Adults and adolescents weighing more than 40 kg body weight (12 years and older):
½-1 (half to one) tablet of 400 mg as a single dose 3-4 times a day at intervals of 6 hours as required.
The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 3 tablets (1200 mg).

Migraine
Adults and adolescents from 40 kg (12 years or older):
1 tablet of 400 mg as a single dose, if necessary 1 tablet of 400 mg at intervals of 6 hours.
The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 3 tablets of 400 mg (1200 mg).

Menstrual pain
Adults and adolescents from 40 kg body weight (12 years or older):
½-1 (half to one) tablet of 400 mg 1-3 times a day at intervals of 4-6 hours as needed. The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 3 tablets of 400 mg (total 1200 mg).

Instructions for use:
Do not use if weight is less than 40 kg. Maintain an interval of at least 6 hours between doses. Take the tablets with a glass of water without chewing. Always read the package leaflet before use and pay close attention to the maximum daily dosage.

Do not use if:
- You are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine.
- You have had allergic reactions such as asthma, a runny nose, itchy skin rash or swelling of the lips, face, tongue or throat after using medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid (such as aspirin) or other NSAIDs.
- You have suffered from a stomach ulcer or bleeding in the stomach or small intestine after previous use of NSAIDs.
- You suffer from bleeding or perforation in the gastrointestinal tract or if you have suffered from this more than twice in the past.
- You have severe liver, kidney or heart problems (including coronary heart disease).
- You are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
- You are severely dehydrated (caused by vomiting, diarrhoea or drinking too little).
- You currently have bleeding (including in the brain).
- You have a condition of unknown cause that leads to the formation of abnormal blood cells.
- In case of kidney, heart or liver disorders, porphyria, autoimmune disease SLE or in the elderly.

Extra caution and warnings:
This medicine can cause stomach problems, especially with long-term use. It should not be used together with certain blood thinners or other specific (prescription) medicines. With long-term use against headache, there is a risk of medication-overuse headache. Consult a doctor before use in the elderly, people with heart or vascular disease, asthma, psoriasis, stomach or intestinal disorders or an increased risk of these. Stop use immediately if you develop a skin rash or sores in the mouth and contact a doctor.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Must NOT be used during pregnancy, unless on the strict advice of a doctor. Use during breastfeeding is possible; please consult the package leaflet for this.

Consult a GP if:
- Headache that does not decrease within a day with a painkiller or returns, or when using painkillers for more than 15 days per month.
- Stomach problems, dark black stools or inexplicably large bruises while using an NSAID.
- Joint or back pain that does not improve within 1-2 weeks.
- Toothache (refer to the dentist; this medicine is only for bridging).
- Fever and pain with flu and colds that has not gone away after 5 days.
- Severe menstrual pain or menstrual pain that started at a later age.
- Muscle pain that does not improve within 2 days.
