The secret of Sanohra Fly is in the built-in APC filter (Air Pressure Control). This filter ensures that the air pressure in front of the eardrum changes only very gradually, even when the cabin pressure in the plane changes rapidly. How to insert SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplugs? Place your arm over your head and lift the ear cup on the other side of your head slightly. This will widen the ear canal. Grasp the end of the SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplug with the thumb and index finger of your other hand and insert it into the ear canal with the lamellae at the front, using light rotating movements. Proceed in exactly the same way for the other ear. At take-off: use before the plane takes off. After 30 minutes, the earplug can be removed, unless the flight is shorter than 2 hours. At landing: insert at the latest 45 minutes before the landing starts. Only remove after arrival in the airport building.
