How to insert SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplugs? Reach over your head and lift the ear cup on the other side of your head slightly. This will widen the ear canal. Grasp the end of the SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplug with the thumb and index finger of your other hand and insert it into the ear canal with the lamellae at the front, using light rotating movements. Proceed in exactly the same way for the other ear. At take-off: Anyone who already suffers from earache at take-off can best use SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplugs before the plane takes off. After 30 minutes, the SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplugs can be removed again. During short flights of less than 2 hours, it is recommended to wear the earplugs for the entire flight. At landing: Use the earplugs at the latest 45 minutes before the landing begins. It is recommended to remove the earplugs only after arrival in the airport building. Removing: Lift the ear cup slightly and remove the ear protection with light rotating movements.
