Use & Dosage
Place three fingers on the inside of the wrist with the tip of the ring finger below the base of the hand. The Nei-Kuan point is located directly under the tip of the index finger between the two middle tendons. Place the stud in a downward direction on the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat this process for the other wrist. For best results, a band should be worn on both wrists. The bands can be used alone or in combination with medication.
