Use & Dosage

Rinse the mouth twice daily for 30 seconds with 15 ml of mouthwash, preferably after brushing your teeth. The product is ready for use immediately and does not need to be diluted with water. After rinsing, spit out the liquid and do not swallow. For optimal effect, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
