Dermatix Silicone Gel works based on advanced silicone technology that places an ultra-thin, breathable and waterproof film over the scar. Use & Dosage

Apply a very thin layer of gel to the clean and dry scar twice daily (morning and evening). Allow the gel to dry for 4 to 5 minutes. If the gel does not dry, too much has been used; remove the excess product with a tissue. The minimum recommended treatment duration is two months.
