A disturbed night's sleep due to ambient noise or irritation from water in the ear while swimming can significantly hinder your daily vitality. When you cannot sleep undisturbed or struggle with sensitive ears after swimming, this affects your well-being and energy level. The Shush Sleep and swim earplugs offer a versatile 2-in-1 solution that completely seals the ear canal for rest and protection.
- Offers maximum attenuation against disturbing noises such as snoring, so you can sleep deeper and undisturbed.
- Protects your ears against water, bacteria and chlorine, which significantly reduces the chance of infections and irritation.
- Guarantees a soft fit without irritation thanks to the hypoallergenic, silicone-free synthetic rubber.
- Remains effective for years with daily use and is up to four times more reusable than standard silicone plugs.
- Safety remains guaranteed because critical sounds such as an alarm clock or fire alarm remain audible via bone conduction.
How it works
These earplugs deliberately have no filter to completely seal the ear canal. This results in an attenuation of approximately 30 decibels, which brings snoring sounds back to a level where you can sleep peacefully. The TPE material used has a higher density than regular silicone, which ensures a more effective barrier against both sound and water. The flexible three-layer shape adapts to the width of your ear canal for an optimal seal.

Use & Dosage
Check before use that the Shush earplugs are clean. There is no difference between left and right. Inserting: 1. Hold the earplugs by the stem. Use the hand on the same side as the ear you want to insert the earplug into. 2. Pull the top of the ear cup diagonally upwards with the other hand. 3. Gently slide the earplugs into the ear canal in an upward motion. 4. Release the ear cup and push in if necessary until it seals comfortably. Removing: Twist the earplug or move the ear cup backwards to break the vacuum and remove the plug slowly.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use in an inflamed ear. Always remove the earplugs from the ears in a slow motion to prevent damage to the eardrum due to vacuum. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Use only for swimming at surface level (up to 2 metres depth); not suitable for deep-sea diving. Consult a doctor in case of existing ear problems or irritation. Always check the seal before entering the water. Earplugs do not dampen sound via bone conduction, so alarms remain audible. Individual experience may vary.
