Stabilisers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), stabiliser (sodium alginate), California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), bulking agent (cellulose), hawthorn extract (Crataegus laevigata (Poir.)), stabiliser (xanthan gum), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), bulking agent (calcium phosphates), colour (copper complexes of chlorophyllins), stabiliser (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), melatonin.
Usage
Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.
Swallow the tablet whole with water, for example.
